If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of receiving the product. Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete orders, and when a customer is dissatisfied or has changed their mind.
Free Returns
Eligible returns are free. Customers are not charged a return fee. To request a return, email support@siaasooofficial.com with your order number and reason for the return so our support team can provide instructions.
Refund Processing
After a refund is approved, SiaaSoo Official processes it to the original payment method within 2–3 business days. You will receive confirmation when the refund has been processed.
Replacement Option
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund. The available resolution will be confirmed with you by our support team.
Return Conditions
Products damaged through misuse or unauthorized alteration are not eligible. This does not limit returns requested because the customer is dissatisfied with the product.
